I do not believe Portugal has any official guidelines regarding whether crypto qualifies as savings - and it will probably depend on the consulate you go into. That being said, as a general rule, I don't think you will have any trouble if your savings are denominated in crypto (because they're liquid). If you can prove that you earn recurring income from your crypto sustainably, that could probably also get accepted.
